Very lively place for family to spend time leisurely together during weekend and holidays. There are observatory deck for a panorama view of the Suruga Bay. Clear view of the Mt Fuji from the park. On the way to the park, it is surrounded by tea fields. We were here on the weekend at the end of March 2019 and sakura trees were in the early phases of blooming. There were two events conducted at the park a live band and kids dancing contest at two different section of the park. On the weekend there are food trucks and flea market selling their wares. Fresh local agriculture or manufactured local products are also available for sale. Public restroom available near the park entrance. Free parking available. Vending machines selling drinks are also available for cold and hot drinks.

Amazing flowers parks with stunning view of Fuji-san

Plenty of flowers, and a great view of the city and Fujisan if you come on a clear day! However, a little bit inaccessible without a car. Bus services don't operate regularly, and the restaurant in the park has shut down. There are only a couple of vending machines which sell ice cream and drinks. I would recommend coming during the sakura season!

It was rainy when we went there. It was just really a park not so much stuff to do, but at the top of the hill, Mt. Fuji can be sighted however it was rainy when we paid a visit.
