Mar/18、Oct/18 Senso-ji Temole "Kinryu no Mai(Golden Dragon Dance)"4.1
from 10/18 '21 to 10/18 '21
DATES: March 18th, October 18th
TIME: (1)11:30am (2)14:00pm (3)15:30pm
"Golden Dragon Dance" is a dance that is introduced to commemorate the Senso-ji Temple main hall rebuilt in 1958. This dance named from the “Gold Dragon Mountain” of the Senso-ji Temple.
It was designed following the legend that states the Bodhisattva Kannon, to which Senso-ji Temple is dedicated, manifested in the form of a golden dragon descending from the sky, creating overnight a grove of a thousand pines—a symbol of the worldly benefit of a rich harvest.
The sight of the 18-meter-long, 88-kilogram dazzling Golden Dragon Dancing to festive music is not to be missed.

One of the most incredible places I have ever known. An immense temple, full of fabulous pagodas, statues, etc. The entrance is monumental. A very nice fair, where you can find thousands of souvenirs, in addition to good food. Every corner, every temple is a charm. Washing your hands in one of the fountains, following the ritual that is informed prepares us for a fantastic experience. Full of people, it is, at the same time, super organized and clean. A place that you must spend hours to get to know and take incredible photos.

One the the most beautiful temple I've seen....there are so many art works and sculpture which represents Japanese culture..
Day/night you can see it in different way. The beauty of the temple is unquestionably amazing. Its a nice place to spend the weekend alone or with your family. It is a famous tourist spot in the heart of the city.
There are so many street foods as well souvenir shops.

Beautiful time to visit, not crowded at all and could walk through the Main Street with ease. A must see place in Tokyo, really good contrast of the current modern city and traditional Japan. Lots of local food stalls with great cuisine available as well 👌

The most beautiful temple. It feels like a trip to Japan’s history. At night the temple is stunning and you can’t really get your eyes off. I really loved it. It gave me a magical feeling being there surrounded by all the temples
