It's a beach. Can't swim and you can't play sports there without permission. It's good for some time to reflect and walk along the shore, which is about 4 foot wide all around.

It’s very charming place specially for the sea track and the beautiful rainbow bridge ❤️

Very nice beach! Maybe not the best place to swim, but really nice for sunbathing and seeing the southern Tokyo skyline.

must visit in the late afternoon and watch the sun set over Tokyo Bay. if visibility allows, you may even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji in the distance. walk the sandy beach all the way to the Odaiba promontory where the old canons can be seen. combine with a casual meal in one of the many restos nearby (Docks, Aqua City, etc) and some (window)shopping. There's a movie theater if your in for an international or Japanese flick. easy to reach by Yurikamome line. great late afternoon and evening in the city away from the city.

Its a calm place. Perfect to relax, see the skyline of Tokyo Bay and forget about problems. There is a path and you can walk, run, sit, etc. Also there is couple of convenience stores around, so you can eat a lunch or drink a beer on the beach. There is toilet rooms too!
