Decent man made beach to walk around - wouldn't recommend swimming here as don't think it's clean. In summer I have seen people doing jet skis and canoeing.
Also if your in for some Japanese izakaya on a boat (yakatabune) this is the place it takes off from as well.
Never that crowded with parking nearby.
At night rainbow bridge lights up and is definitely a nice view.

This beach is not built to swim. E coli level in this water body is way high. You can only swim here during certain time with consent wavier form signed. Other than that, a nice park for jogging, pincin and playing sand castle. Easy access with public transportation.

DO NOT TRY TO GO SWIMMING HERE!!!!! I went here 2 days ago and being someone who can't read or speak ANY Japanese I thought I might as well go swimming, I thought the reason why everyone was just knee deep in the water no one wanted to swim, So I went swimming for about an hour until we had to go check out everything else in Odaiba. About 2-3 hours later I felt very dehydrated and the day after seem to have gotten a sore throat, I figured it was probably from something I ate but what It Actually was (as I just found out a few hours ago) there's no swimming due to contaminated water and sewage run off, So now I'm hoping it's not serious and it passes within a week or two, If not It'll cost me ~$240CAD(20,000JPY) to see a doctor when I'm already on a very strict budget for these next 3 weeks.

EDIT!!! I've added an extra ⭐️ because the beach and surrounding areas are really nice.

This was one of the highlights of my Tokyo trip. I had to take the monorail to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. Gorgeous views of Tokyo Bay and the Tokyo skyline. You can also do a boat tour, which I didn't end up doing. It's a pretty relaxing place away from busy central Tokyo - a must in my view!
