Aszabu-Juban in Tokyo is the international area where world embassies gather.
The "Azabu-Juban Noryo Fesitval" takes place annually in August at the Azabu-Juban SHopping Arcade. Noryo means "cooling evening".
The main feature of the festival is "Yatai", festival food stalls.
Local food stalls from all over Japan gather in Azabu-juban, so you can have Japanese local speciality from Hokkaido to Kyusyu even being in Tokyo. Also, each embassy opens the food stall serving each country's cuisine. This festival has an atmosphere both of Japanese traditional and international.
Besides food stalls, there are lots of the festival attractions geared toward kids such as Goldfish Scooping, Shooting Gallery, and Raffle.
In addition, you can enjoy Japanese traditional art at 4:30pm - 8:00pm at Juban-Inari Shrine.
