This is the biggest best park in the area. It has everything. Benches, a gym, restrooms, BBQ pits, cherry trees, seasonal festivals, everything. The park is so big you can get completely away from all the road noise , which is hard to do in Tokyo. This is an amazing natural resource for anyone who lives in western central Tokyo.

There are plenty of nice spots to have a picnic here especially during the spring. There are several types of cherry trees in the park, including those that bloom later in the season. I love biking over and lying on the thick green grass once spring comes. A few short bikes trails as well.

Best park in Tokyo! Offers so much to do with family, kids and dogs!
The area near the kid's playground has some food trucks, so you won't get hungry! Bring a tent and be prepared to stay for the entire day.

It’s a great park to go on bike rides in. It’s ESPECIALLY beautiful during cherry blossom season.

We didn't get to spend too much time here as we came for the Edo architectural museum. But we enjoyed the seating areas and the train that is on display for kids to play on.
