Is it a brand new station? I used it for the first time, but it was a warm facility. There is also a library, and I thought the south exit was convenient for parking cars.

I went there only when I was new.
The waiting room was clean and it looked like another station.
The chair was easy to sit (*no ▽no)

Ishido Station, the gateway to the west of Toyama Prefecture, has undergone major changes, making it easier to come and go on the north-south connecting bridge. When exiting the ticket gate, the general traffic space and the waiting room are free spaces. Therefore, usability is considerably improved. Previously, there were various restrictions on the JR premises. There is a cafe corner in the waiting room, but souvenirs are not sold, so please buy one in the town. There is a tourist information center on the first floor, and during the daytime, a fairy tale guide will be available for a polite service. Soon, the municipal library will be completed and it will be even more lively.
The library is complete. You can enter straight from the station. A wonderful space where you can feel the momentum of the city awaits you! ️
