If you like seeing a big field of sunflowers, this place is beautiful. You need to go in July when thr planting is at its fullest. Did i mention it is also free entry...?

I went in early august, and it was quite beautiful. I was driving from asahikawa to lake toya so it was kind of on the way. Definitely worth the slight detour but (to me).
Flowers were very pretty but probably only worth a 15 minute stop, unless you really love flowers and taking selfies..

A big garden with a lot of sunflowers. Spacious but not so crowded. You can take a bike for one hour at only 100 yen, incredible! But it took more than 1 hour to move from Asahigawa to here.

We go there in late july and some of them not blossoms yet. Maybe better to go there in early august
That's okey because it's natural, unpredictable always. The park have good facilities to enjoy, we can take a bicycle or semi open caravan. Sowry i don't know how to say that. In the middle of the farm they're a amazing photo zone. We can go inside for about 300JPY, we just in to it and create great photo angles.
To go there we just queueing on bus stop no 1 from takikawa station from sapporo station. And get off at hokuryu junior high school
Hope they have a space for take a pray for moslem travellers. Just a small place it's okay

I loved this place as it is not very crowded yet. Most of the visitors are local Japanese with fewer foreign visitors. The sunflower field is beautiful and you can rent a bike to save some walk.
