Aug/23 - 24, 2019 Marunouchi Ondo Bon-odori Dance Festival in Hibiya Park

Hibiya Park is located in the heart of Tokyo, yet has rich greenery and relaxed atmosphere.
The Bon-Odori(Dance) Festival takes place in August every year in Hibiya Park. Bon Dance is a Japanese traditional dance to honor and remember one's ancestors with a dance of joy, and usually is performed in Obon holidays(mid-August).
Employees of business around Hibiya area, foreigners, and local residents form circle around the large fountain in Hibiya Park and dance to the "Marunouchi Song". The fountain is lit up, so you can enjoy watching the collab between water and light.
In addition various food stalls are opened, enjoy Japanese yammy festival food!
