Warm welcoming staff, and I adored the atmosphere inside the museum. Definitely a unique experience and worth visiting, but not recommended for children. The shop is expansive, selling things from exquisite glass jewelry to decorative plates and even authentic Venetian masks.
Highly recommend you to pick up a jar of jam / some chocolate snacks also produced by them.
Great photography spots all around. I visited this autumn.

We would like to thank you the Glass Museum Staff (In Red Uniform) help us to call our hotel (we do not have mobile phone) when we finished the museum visit at 5pm and there are no taxi and bus available. The sky was dark and not much people on the street.

She initially helps us to call taxi but the taxi all busy, and she talk to our hotel for more than 20 mins and our hotel send driver to the Glass Museum to pick us up. We have 5yo and 3yo kids and we cant really walk back to your hotel by ourselves.

Once again, thank you to the Glass Museum Staff who is very friendly and helpful. i didn't get her name as we all are very panic to get back to the hotel.

Really great, strongly recommend. The shops and museum are incredible as well as the natural glass structures. If you're looking for gifts, this is an amazing place to go. Only complaint really is the on site Italian restaurant which is too expensive. But definitely worth the visit!

A place fun to visit if you’re around. Very impressive for a remote area in Japan. A replay of Venice filled with glass all around.

We did a DIY design on a glass that we chose using sandblast. So you can customize any of your purchased glass. This was a lot of fun.

If you’re into Sculpture art - the museum is very nice. The shop also has a lot of fun things but I wouldn’t buy from there since you can probably find the same items at cheaper in the actual city of Venice.

A fun place to see overall.

Lovely place. As you enter the place, you would feel as if you are in an wonderland. The coloring and nurturing of plants and crystals on it is fabulous. Must visit place if you are going to Hakone
