Nice park, the turn off to the parking lot sneaks up on you, so take it slow around the last big curve. Children's playground, lots of grassy areas and benches and other seating scattered throughout. Nice view of the hills from the top of the sakura field. Missed the blooms, but still worth the visit!

This is the best playground! They have a place for older and younger kids. They also have a giant bounce thing for kids to jump on and in summer they have a small water area. Also they have picnic tables to stay and eat lunch. Seriously the best and never crowded. Oh and bathrooms and a vending machine very near by trees for shade. Just everything. It’s great!

One of the best places in Japan to do Hanami. It's very local, but that makes it much more interesting.
