Scam and total waste of time.
Was hoping to do some swimming but the only deep pool was closed for unknown reason. I also bought the ticket with all paid attractions included, but there was only one attraction that wasn't for children and was boring.
If you have small children then this place is for you but otherwise there is nothing to do here except sitting on concrete and eating.

Nearest train station is Inage kaigan eki from there you may ride the bus.
Opens during summer july to august. Time 09:00-17:00
Entrance fee for adults is 1,100 yen
No cottages just an open area, you might atleast need a mat, better if you bring simple tent for your things
No canned goods and drinks, no alcohol
lockers costs around 500yen,
Few slide to choose from but you need to pay for it, around 600-1000yen. It has 1 public slides but long line =worth trying
Many pools to choose, wave pool with break time. Lap pool deepest is 50m. Lazy pool, bring floaters you’ll enjoy it, no worries for the air pump they have free air pump for the public to use.
They have few stalls for you to buy food but it’s better to bring your own it will cost lesser than buying there.
I enjoyed my stay! Great for kids and kid at heart!
