I have worked as a taxi driver since 1992 and in that time have guided more than 10,000 people around Kyoto. I have guided and had a good time with the former President of the United States, Mr. Clinton, and the Oscar winning actress, Holly Hunter.
When I first started guiding there was little information in English on Kyoto and most of the street signs were not in English. Kyoto was very popular with foreign tourists already then and it was difficult for them to easily and smoothly move around Kyoto.
I try very hard to give my clients great service in English and to help them in every way to have a good time Kyoto. I love Kyoto and I love my work and I would love to show you the wonders of Japan and this city. Thank you!!!
