Tokyo Skytree is an engineering marvel and a new symbol of Japan. The tower opened in 2012 as the world's tallest free-standing communication tower at 634m with a design concept of a gigantic tree reaching into the sky. There are two observation decks, one at 350m and the other at 450m.

The lower deck offers spectacular panoramic views of the city, and you can see up to 70km away and even Mount Fuji at best visibility. The second set of elevators takes you to the upper deck dubbed 'the world's highest skywalk', where you can ascend a circular glass corridor to reach the highest point. This is a must-go spot during your stay in Japan!

Could not recommend this experience enough! Was so worth the money to go all the way to the top and stay up there for a little of the day into sunset so you get to see mt Fuji and into the night so you get to see all the spectacular city lights. The transformation in the view is incredible.
If you have time to kill or just love seeing things from above it is well worth it.

It is also very easy to communicate with the staff to purchase a ticket even if you have little knowledge on how to speak Japanese.

I really enjoyed my experience at Tokyo Skytree. When we arrived, we went to a help desk. They had someone that spoke English. It was a crowded day, and they told us that we could purchase a pass to skip the line. Going through the elevator was exciting because you are able to look outside through the clear glass. At the first stop there are great views and shops. You can purchase pictures through many sections of your tour. My tip is to go on a clear day so that you can enjoy the views.

Nice view of Tokyo. Make sure to go on a nice clear day to enjoy it further. It has a cafe and restaurants inside if you would like to eat but are kind of pricey. Panels with a digital map inside to help explain what you are looking at as well.

Wonderful! So much to do at sky tree before going up to the viewing deck. The views are amazing with memorizing photos to take at night time. View Tokyo like in no other way than the one of the worlds tallest viewing decks.

Enjoy interacting with the panels, the photo opportunities, going to the second upper viewing deck, watch the sun set and visit the cafe for a little eat facing the window views. Lastly a visit to souvenirs to end your day and a pop down to Tokyo Banana.

After visiting the Skytree tower have a walk over the bridge and stroll down by the river side to look at the tower. Truly spectacular at night time.

First off, the Colossal nature of this building and the architecture was simply stunningly beautiful, but also amazingly complex.

The elevators are super fast, and are almost unbelievable how many feet you go in just a few seconds.

Even though it cost money to go up to the higher levels, it was worth every penny because of the view of Tokyo below.

If you're going to be in Tokyo, I would highly recommend this stop for you. Primarily, yes it's a tourist stop, but it is one that gives you a perspective that you cannot get any place else.

It's out of this world! Tokyo night view of the downtown area at a glance, not many buildings and sky tree, a distant scenery or panoramic view.

太棒了!东京闹市的夜景一览无余,而且天空树的高楼大厦不多,很远处的风景也可以尽收眼底。

The observation decks provide you with the panoramic view of Tokyo. Although the admission ticket is on sale, it is advised that you make the reservation in advance in order to avoid the waiting time, which could be 3~4 hours regardless ...

It is said that this is the highest TV Tower in the world, though there haven't been, but Japan's friends say, is definitely worth a visit. Trust friends, must have the opportunity to take a look.

据说这是世界上最高的电视信号塔,虽然还没去过,但听在日本的朋友说,绝对是值得一去的地方。相信朋友的话,有机会一定去看看。
