A big hotel with good device, staff is so detailed and experience with well English skill. The hot spring is so nice and clean with many types. Every staff is so polite. Every the room without coffee, they still provide us coffee and toast. Also, many scheduled bus to station. Love this hotel.

Great hotel for the price you pay! Value for money, in a great location with very good customer service despite the fact the staff could not speak much English at all. It was a bit of a struggle to talk to reception but we got there eventually. I could be wrong but I don’t think this hotel get many foreigners, we didn’t see any in the hotel or shuttle bus.

Booked through JP agent - JapaniCan. Stayed in Room type 天祥. Very spacious with separate western style living room and 1 big and I small rooms. Interesting facts at they have 2 toilets and 1 in-room bathroom. I specially like it’s relaxing terrace even the view is as great as some other hotels in the area. They have 3 hot spring bathes. The one on 3rd floor is the best.

Dinner is tasty with traditional JP banquet cuisine. Beautifully arranged plate. The most disappointing part is it’s breakfast. Nothing tasty - plain miso soup in a burning pot, mashed yamaimo on rice. Some pickles are outdated with fermented taste. (according to my JP relatives). Staff is friendly but a bit careless. Good for family travel

Easy to access from the train station via the provided shuttle buses (do check the timings in advance). Service is good, and there are many baths to try.
