My daughter and I loved it! We spent the whole day here. Was worth it! So adorable, fantastic shows (even if we couldn't understand them), cute rides and air conditioning!! With the weather 40°c outside it was nice to spend a day inside

Great place to take younger kids who are fans of these traditional Japanese characters. My daughter was four when we visited and she thought it was amazing. There are only a couple of rides and if you have longer legs they are quite cramped to sit in. Good big main character shop for souvenirs, and the food options were good. It is a little bit of trip out of central Tokyo but was easy enough to get to Tama city where it is located.

Fun place to bring your children. Queue is quite long but it's worth the wait. Food and drink is delicious at the buffet. Buffet is nice and quiet. The boat ride is great! I got my portrait done by an old man in front of the gift store and it looks so realistic! The gift store has so many items and plushes, so I have many souvenirs from there. Gift store bags have cute Sanrio Puroland characters on it!

Few attractions with very long lines. On a Sunday in August, nearly all lines were 50-70 minutes. Shows also filled up at least 30 minutes before the show. Shops galore. Restaurant seating was VERY limited, however there was a fairly large demand. Character and shows were cute. Kids had an enjoyable experience.

A great nice indoor theme park during a summer time! We were there @ 9.30am and the Q was ok... At around 11am, it was crowded at the ticketing booth. It will be a full day event spending a wonderful time with the Sanrio characters. 12.30 is the parade and some started to book their seats as early as 10am. The parade is Good! The food there is nice and price is reasonable...
