Hibiya Park is a green lung near the business district in central Tokyo. Since 1903, the Western-style park has been entertaining people with ponds, grass fields and flower gardens, especially of tulips and roses. You are likely to hear some music as outdoor concerts take place on every Wednesday and Friday from spring to autumn.
The most symbolic is a large fountain with 24 different patterns changing through the day and illumination in late evening. The park also has several restaurants, tennis courts and a library.
