Welcome to a world where Imagination and Adventure set sail!

After going through the gate, you will be amazed at the scenery that is so not Japan. Compared to Tokyo Disneyland, this theme park is designed with robust and sophisticate touches to appeal more to grownups and romantic couples. There are seven themed ports such as American Waterfront and Mediterranean Harbor, each stimulating a sense of adventure. The waterfront shows are so gorgeous that you will feel like submerged in a dream land.

Although DisneySea is considered a laid-back place, there are also high-speed thrill rides and heart-warming activities both adults and children can enjoy. What a fabulous theme park on the seaside with ever-lasting excitement!

We came here early in the morning after having bought tickets from a 7-11. We got through 11 attractions even without Fast Passes. The attractions were really enjoyable, and many of them are more geared toward grown-ups. The place all in all is well designed and the staff is extremely helpful! You can also buy beer here, which is nice. Like many others, I recommend the popcorn here (like shrimp-garlic). Alas, due to strong typhoon-like wind the parades and fireworks were cancelled. If you enjoy sea theme and Disney, this is a place you must visit!

Extraordinary place to visit. We took a shuttle bus from downtown Tokyo which made it very easy since they dropped us off right at the ticket booth. We had to take the trains back to our hotel in Shinagawa around 10, which was very crowded, since the last bus leaves around 8:30. Lots of characters walking around. No princesses though. And didn't see Mickey or Minnie. I saw that there was a place that you could take a picture with them that was set up like a ride, so you could stand in a really long line (over an hour when I looked) or I think you could do the fast pass. My two-year-old had lots of fun and a ten-year-old with us also did. The lines for rides are all shaded which made it much more pleasant than it could have been if we were standing in the sun the whole time. My only complaint which took away the one star is that food is impossible to get. To get lunch at 1:30 took 45 minutes of waiting in line. To get water from stations with drinks usually also involves a 5-10 minute wait. The food and drinks are all not inflated though so that was nice.

Great theme park as expected from Disney. What was even better was the Japanese staff who were all so friendly who waved and smiled where ever we went. I would say it was the staff working there who made the park so great! One day is simply not enough to cover one park. Suggest to get 3 or 4 days passport to cover both parks and stay at one of their hotels. One TIP: Always head for the show first performance once you enter either park else you have to try the lottery.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. best Disney experience hands down. The "Big Band Beat" show is a must watch, with its broadway caliber performers and amazing jazz band. The rides were also extremely fun and worth the wait. The popcorn flavors are diverse and delicious, along with their other snacks around the park. The staff here are very helpful, kind, cheerful, and just tried to provide everyone with the greatest experience possible. Extremely recommended for any tourist.

A unique Disney Japan experience. CLEAN as a whistle with many helpful, kind Japanese attendants. I think I enjoy Sea more than the original Disneyland side. This resort seems to be very cautious with fireworks and the weather so be aware if going on a cloudy or drizzling day.

Concessions are going to be pricey but it is Disney after all. It's usually going to be a once in a lifetime for most of us. Just enjoy.
