This aquarium in Kasai Rinkai Park has been very popular since its opening in 1989. The whole structure is a 31m-high glass dome, which is easy to spot from a distance, and houses a huge 2,200-ton donut like tank for large fish like skipjack tunas and yellow-fin tuna to circulate. The exhibit of more than 100 penguins is among the largest of its kind in Japan.

One section provides panels to learn about the environment inside Tokyo Bay and outside including the Ogasawara and the Izu islands. Other highlights include rarely seen fish off Australia and in the Arctic and Antarctic areas, and some species from Tokyo Bay and the nearby waters which are familiar to Japanese cuisine. Near the aquarium is a seabird garden recommended to those interested in the creatures in the sky.

I love this Aquarium Park, shown here in other parts of the marine life in the world. And many world class Aquarium, Aquarium Park set up for the variety of life suited to their environment. Feeling they like it here. I feast but this time, there are sharks, penguins, tuna and so on and so on.
