In this aquarium standing just besides the beach, you will feel attached to life in the sea around here. In the main huge tank, representing aquatic life in Sagami Bay, you can see 8,000 sardines circulating in swarms. The "Jerry Fantasy" and "Deep Sea" areas offer a magical atmosphere to keep you glued for a long time. There are also open-pool shows featuring dolphins, sea lions and penguins.

Unlike any other aquariums, this spot provides an overnight program in which you can watch fish tanks to your heart's content, with a guide's detailed explanation, and lying on your sleeping bags. With this super popular program, you will surely feel as if you were actually staying undersea.

No social distance measures in place and crowded with kids. Only a temperature check and request to wear masks. Not worth it. Disneyland is a busy place too, but has proper procedures in place and is much much safer. Beach, despite not having proper services in place is also a much safer alternative since it is outside.

Complete and highly educational aquarium. Starting with the fauna of the Sagami bay and then expanding. The dolphin show is... still there.
There is a sensory experience area for little kids that is quite interesting and so is the exhibit of the deep sea submarine.
Beautiful view of the beach and Mt. Fuji too. Can be quite packed

The fish tanks and jellyfish exhibition were very nice. The shark tank was depressing since it was literally an empty tank with a few sharks in it (no rocks, no real space for them to swim).

The areas that made me feel genuinely sad and sorry for the animals were for the seals and turtles. The seals barely have room to swim, it takes them about five seconds to float across the tank. The turtles had barely any space to swim, and this was the saddest because they can swim up to 24 miles a day and they barely had 20 feet (and their flippers were hitting the sides of the enclosure because it was so marrow).

magic place to learn about the sea. a living library about the origins of most of the marine life (and more). Simple, beautiful and very affordable. Don't expect green ecologist propaganda, this is not a "rescue dedicated effort" propaganda, but a research and science spot.

Nice little beach side aquarium. My kid had a good time here.

With that said, I’m not sure what the point of all of the social distancing posters are though since they packed so many people inside that people can’t distance from one another. Obviously they know how many people they allow in so they know it’s not possible. Seems like disingenuous attempt at helping.

Since my sons loved this aquarium, called as "Eno-sui", I have Annual Passport. Therefore, I can get discount tickets for you any time.
In front of this aquarium, you can enjoy bathing on the beach where is one of most famous summer location in Japan. Also, many foods here including excellent Italian registrant.
But, my highly recommend is to enjoy coffee on the ocean view terrace. Sunset view from here is extremely beautiful!
