Osu-Kannon is a Buddhist temple located in Nagoya city, and it is one of most popular temples in Nagoya.
It was established in the 14 century to enshrine Kannon (Avalokitesvara) image.
Kannon is the most popular Bodhisattva both in China and Japan, and is believed that he is the spiritual son of Budda Amitabha. Many people visit Osu-Kannon temple to ask for salvation of Kannon.
