The is the biggest Outlet Mall in Tokyo, you can find mostly any international and local brands with sales and discounts. One day is not enough to visit all stores and shopping around. Tax exemption is available with passport, but the period of stay in Japan should be less than 6 months. There is also an awesome food court with local and western food with ample seats available. It takes you two and half hours from Tokyo with car and it has an ample free cost parking. This place worth to visit with family and kids.

A lot of stores with very good price. It is good to go in the morning, you can find more available products than in the afternoon. It is also more empty. It is a very big place with a very nice view of Mt. Fuji. Very easy to get there by train and transfer bus.

Very nice outlet mall with many brand name stores. They carry a wider variety than local stores. Lots of parking but we have to walk very far. You can spend a whole day here shopping and eating. I wish they gave away free samples.

A nice outlet. The vibe is good and it is big. While some of brands are really selling good and cheap stuff, the other stores are selling low quality and bad-designed clothes in different colors. So I would suggest come if the weather is good or you are interested in many brands here.

The fastest way is taking bus from Shinjuku.

Pros:
- A huge place to explore
- Availability of all possible fashion brands
- (Only) Few discounted rates are available
- Spacious aisles and open space(western style)
Cons:
- A huge place to walk around on foot
- Huge discounts are not available, as on would expect. So it is beneficial only if you are going to buy in bulk
