Izu Granpal Park4.0
This is a refreshment and leisure park located in the heart of Izu Kogen, with various sports facilities dotted throughout the 220,000 square meter park, which is equivalent to five times the area of the Tokyo Dome.
A jungle of 50,000 cycads is a spectacular sight.
There is a large scale athletic course, 500m go-kart course, more than 30 kinds of transforming bicycles, water square, water balloons, wind hill, forest of adventure, Japan's first ship-shaped maze, 180m long gliding zip line, putter park golf, 110m long jumbo slide. You can enjoy fun and healthy activities such as a roller coaster, kids' coaster, a fairy train, a man-powered robot, and SkyCycle.
In addition, at night, the park offers the world's highest density and most impressive interactive illumination.
The world of confectionery, flowers and undersea creatures made up of 6 million LED lights creates a three-dimensional world of "three-dimensional illumination" that is different from others. This is a long-running illumination event.
It is not possible to stay in the Grand Illumination Park from the daytime session of "Izu-Guranparu Park" and the fee is different.

This place is terribly expensive. Not only do you pay to get on, but every attraction (boring as they may be), also cost money. Entry? 1400 yen
Zipline? 1200 yen
Expensive and mediocre.
The zipline staff also seemed to think I was a fool for not understanding their broken English, even though Japanese would've been fine for me.
Don't waste your time and money at this poor excuse for a theme park.

One of the best illuminations I have ever seen. The place is quite big and there are lots of illuminations going on. Also, every about 15 minutes they play a song and illuminations change according to the rhythm of the song.
If you go to a 7-11 convenience store, you can buy the entry ticket with 200 yen discount, so it gets about 1400 yen.

Wonderland! The most massive outdoor illumination ever seen. Lights setting were veyy dense and bright enough, and the themes were properly divided into several areas. It's amazing.

This is a really modern and clean family theme park but it'll cost you a lot of money. To save a little, buy your tickets through a 7-11 payment machine.
