One of the popular Outlet Park in Tokyo, where you can find international and local brands. Always sales and discounts compare with other outlets located in Tokyo. It takes a whole day to visit all stores and shopping around. You can get tax exemption with your passport, but the period of your stay in Japan should be less than 6 months. It also has an awesome food court with local and western food with ample seats available. It takes you 45 minutes with car and it has an ample free cost parking. This place worth to visit with family and kids.

TLDR: Worthwhile outlet that is not too far.

If you come from The US, do not consider an outlet here the same thing. While prices are lower than a normal store, it is definitely not as cheap a US outlet.

That being wide, Kisarazu is relatively close and easy to get, while having a good selection of stores and parking. It is pretty dog friendly as well which is a plus. If you are nearby it is worth a look if you have something in mind, or a lot of time to kill. It can get quite hot during the summer as it an open air mall with not too much shade, but the stores do blast their AC(good for us…bad for the environment?). The food court is also a good size to accommodate the number of people. And most important of all, good clean bathrooms!

Fabulous outlet mall in Kisarazu, Chiba. My family and I have been here several times for shopping and spending time together. They have food court with many restaurants, and the food here is amazing. We love the chicken dishes here. It can be a little difficult to find seats during weekends, but weekdays should be less crowded. They also have many fancy branded shops here. My wish is that they have a little more variety of shops (for instance, OMEGA and Rolex for watches). They have a quiet space for kids and that’s super helpful for families with young babies and kids. Overall, an amazing place to hang out as a family!
