Daiba Park is a park which was opened in 1928 to allow the public people to use the ruin of daiba (the gun battery) made by the Edo Shogunate after the arrival of Perry in the Edo period. In the park, there are powder magazine and a replica of a gun battery where you can feel the atmosphere of those years. Also, Daiba Park is known as the best spot for viewing Rainbow Bridge closely as well as the Fuji TV building and other structures.
Besides, in spring, 10m-height “Oshima-zakura” cherry tree are in full bloom and attracts every visitors with its spectacular view.
