The Tokyo Ramen Street is a strip of eight ramen shops in the Yaesu-side basement of Tokyo Station. Since its grand opening in 2011, there has been a slight change in its lineup, which currently includes shops from different areas in Japan, featuring beef tongue, pork bone broth, salt base, soy sauce base, sauteed vegetables, and dipping broth.

The beef tongue ramen is noodles with salt-base broth topped with scallion and Sendai beef tongue. The tonkotsu ('pork bone') ramen, famous in Hakata of the Kyushu region, offers mild and tasty soup with al-dente texture of noodles. The tsukemen ('dipping noodles') is noodles you eat with a dipping broth of your choice. Here you can sample many different types of superb quality!
