A lush park near the Shoto Museum of Art in Shoto, the quiet residential area northwest of Shibuya, Tokyo. The park features a wooden waterwheel by the pond in which a number of Koi carp can be seen. There are sakura trees including Somei Yoshino and weeping cherry blossom trees, maple trees and camellias on site, and you can enjoy watching wild birds and insects among them. They provide a kids' playground with equipment and a sand pit so that younger kids can enjoy playing. A great spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Nice park but lots of trash today. Unusual for Tokyo

Round the corner from my flat, really lovely park, lots of happy children, pop into the Fire Station that's opposite.

We unfortunately walked through the park in the evening and thus it was quite dark. The play area was nice and the pond looked like it was Monet-esque in the daytime. The washrooms were quite fragrant though.. :(

This park was very quiet when I was here. Just several kids running around and parents. I’ve visited many times but this street first time. Many old but look luxury mansions around this park. You may enjoy a bit chill out here, or just have light chatting with friends or lovers. Good place if it’s not so crowded.

Love this spot, both to pass through on a run, or to stop and eat lunch at the weekend.
