Noboribestu Onsen Resort, on the southwestern coast of Hokkaido, is one of the most well-known hot spring towns in Hokkaido. A number of hot-spring inns are tightly clustered in a valley surrounded by mountains.
The daily volume of water discharge is around 10,000 tons, with nine healing substances, including sulfur and sodium bicarbonate. And the spring source temperature is 45 to 90°C. Many people use hot springs to enjoy health benefits while refreshing their body and mind.
