This amusement park at the mouth of the Kiso River is among the largest in Japan. Since its opening in 1966, it has been attracting visitors with an abundance of scream rides. The most popular is Steel Dragon 2000, the world's longest roller coaster that resides imposingly in the park. There are other roller coasters for your long-lasting memory, including wood-made White Cyclone, one of the largest of its kind in the world, and Cork Screw which features vertical looping movement.

The gigantic swimming pool is open during the summer months, and a huge flower garden is decorated with dreamlike illumination at night. The shopping mall offers popular items at reasonable prices, and a hot spring bathhouse is available to heal your tired feet at the end of the day out. This is a place where families, couples and group tourists can have a great time.

5.0in the last week

I'd been dreaming of visiting Nagashima Spa Land for years and finally got there just last week! It's an incredible place - so many awesome coasters and it has a really cheerful / tropical vibe. The rides are operated very efficiently, and waits are not exceptionally long like at Fuji-Q; the fast passes are easy to get (and about 500JPY) and they'll get you on the most popular rides in a few minutes.

I visited twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are a good number of food options too.

Water park, loved it. A full day of enjoyment and fun. Suitable for all ages. A must visit for water lovers. Clean and safe for kids.

We came during down season (mid Sept) and despite the risk of small drizzle shutting down the famous Steel Dragon 2000 (standing Guinness World for longest roller coaster in the world) we were able to hop on with minimal line up(30min-1hr). Highly recommended to get the all rides passport and take the Steel Dragon, Acrobat and Arashi, though the last one you might want to save for last.

Great place for a family day out. A typhoon meant some of the rides were shut early, but still had a great time. Very well thought out with the lockers and plenty of lifeguards about

Excellent weekend gateway. Big enough car parking and reasonably priced. Lot of variety of roller coasters and not over crowded makes it a perfect outing place. Water Park available in summers is huge but overcrowded on weekends. Winter illumination is beautiful, outlet mall is in neighbourhood. All in all a good place!
